You don't. Strangely in this electronic age your authorised dealer is supposed to complete the guarentee card and that is the guarentee for two years. It's also worth keeping every shred of packaging that came with the watch. It always shows the first owner was a watch enthusiast as against someone with a good credit limit and little appreciation for the whole experience. Warning though you might have a problem storing all boxes as some collectors have more watches than days in the month.

Thanks, I have all my watchboxes, it makes it easier buying Bremonts but a fair amount of space all the same. The surprise was the lack of outer box and the new style of inner box with 3548. But then again, it was NOS.

Hi
I always thought IWC had a reputation of keeping track of current owners. Is commonly known that most watches end up being sold, and new proud IWC owners want to register their watches.
Will this feature become available some time soon ?
How do you register your watch with IWC?
Cheers Greg Chalk
