I bought an IWC (pilots chronograph) about 14 months ago and since i have owned it i have had to send it back for repair four times, the date and the day seem to get stuck constantly, i can fix the day by winding it 24 hours but then i am unable to change it, and also the date gets stuck in between dates and then i am unable to change that as well. Hope someone can help Thanks

Hi Alex, welcome to the forum. Two questions first:
a. when you 'sent it back for repair four times' - did u send it to the IWC service center ?
b. you likely already know this, but I just wanted to make sure: are u aware that you can only 'quick adjust' the date/day, at crown position 2, before the clock reaches 8 pm, and after 2 am ?
Regards, Shing | email iwcforme1976 (at) gmail (dot) com time does not change us. it just unfolds us. max frisch. all that really belongs to us is time; even he who has nothing else has that. baltasar gracian.
Hope someone can help
Thanks
