For the second time the chronograph pushbutton (bottom, to reset) has fallen off. Last time it was while relaxing on the couch and this time it was while the watch was in a watch winder. Further i never use the watch for rigid outdoor activities because i know that can damage them.
Last time IWC properly and much to my satisfaction fixed the problem but this is not what level of quality i expect from such a high end brand.
I would like to ask if anyone else who has this watch is experiencing the same problems?
Thank you for any replies
