Thanks for these wonderful pictures. As for the "perpetual calendar" on the moonphase disk: I wonder if there is a specific orientation that's used when the watch is assembled. Maybe an extra 'checkmark' on the checklists from Dr Thomas Bregel? It's nice to have the disks all installed the same way, especially at meetings with multiple double moonphase perpetuals.
I like the comparison with Maserati but I think these two Perpetuals hold their value better than the car. I believe Andrew knows a lot about Italian sportscars (not counting my own red one among these). Maybe he can shed some light on this comparison?

PS: I checked my Pisa Portuguese Perpetual and it has the moonphase disk as on the YG perpetual, with 'calendar' at the top.

Didn't know the difference between the inscriptions "perpetual and calendar" for the 2 editions.
Does this has any reason?
