Just wanted to send an e-mail via info@iwc.com to the customer relations and product development departments, with 4-5 scan attachments and an error notification returned:
"554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means."
I'd like to have alternate address(es) to send my e-mail to. Sending the e-mail with the attachments through the website "contact IWC" wouldn't be easy or even possible. Maybe if I further my e-mail to my gmail e-mail address and send it to IWC would work?

You can try using your G-mail account, but I suspect the problem may be the attachments. Because so many viral messages have attachments, those often are blocked by filters.
Rather than send attachments, I suggest you upload the images to an image host, and then provide links in your e-mail.
However, even if you get through, keep in mind that the various departments, like product development, generally don't have the staff to engage in extensive dialogues with end-users. That's why there is the forum --often we can answer questions, help with ideas, etc.
