Some says that it will never resist to the pressure due the fact that the glass is 2.9mm thick only, but i was told that it was 3.4 mm bathiscafe shape. M'i right? I know an Aquatimer 2000 have failed the test @ 200 bar with the glass (3.7 mm) broken...

Being your watch, it is easy for me to say "Go ahead, do it!" . It will be interesting to see the outcome to. I have the Aquatimer 2000 and at present would not hesitate to do this - but it is still under warranty . . .

Gents please, what is the thickness of the sapphire glass of Ocean 2000 ref. 3500? 3.4 mm? Same thickness of all Ocean 2000 references? And the thickness of the flat sapphire glass for the Bund?
