It's nice to sit in front of a box of new watch models. With no sales pressure it's the best way to figure out what you really like and what you want to acquire.

Pauline ,Welcome to the forum ! Those are excellent pictures of exceptional watches. In my opinion the 8 days and the vintage Ing look the best on your wrist.

Welcome to the Forum. Looks like a great time for everyone. Nice shots of the watches. Every time I see a picture of the brown Ingenieur I like it more.
My first post here and first time reporting an IWC GTG.
A few friends invited me to an IWC GTG in Singapore last night. Also in attendance was Mr Goris Verburg, the Managing Director of IWC South East Asia.
After dinner, Goris unveiled a box that he left casually on the floor while we are having dinner...
And what a box it was! It contained the IWC 2012 Novelties for the 2nd part of the year...
I saw the piece that I had seriously set my sights on not long ago (am now hunting around for a good deal)... the Portofino 8 Days Hand Wound...
Here's a wrist shot of the RG version on my wrist. Yes, my mind is made
The next piece I tried on was the Muhammed Ali LE...
Here's a really big watch. The Spitfire Perpetual Calendar Digital Date Month...
It's a really substantial watch - very heavy indeed...
Here's the Perpetual Calendar Top Gun... too big for me, but a really beautiful sight to behold...
The sleeper hit for me is the following beauty... the St Exupery Chrono. Truly swoon-worthy!
Now on to the non-Pilot's watches...
The Dragon...
Portuguese Hand Wound Pure Classic...
The Ingenieuer...
And another one of my favourites from the Portuguese family, the RG handwound...
Finally, a table-shot of all who attended and the Novelties...
I was really glad to be able to make it the GTG and would like to extend my grateful thanks to the organisers for the wonderful gathering.
Cheers and thanks for looking :)
