The Inge Laureus is a beauty! I have seen a pre-production model with a solid back without engraving. The dial was exactly like the production model and it's a really good looking watch!

Giovanni, as they say in the classics : "you know you want it!"
Only Problem: You are going to have to by the Laureus Inge along with that AMG - as I can only believe that your lovely wife will demand (rightfully and fairly) to have that blue dialed Inge for her own collection!

spotted this one yesterday at my AD. It is a very nice blue. To prepare for the upcoming Ingenieur year, I am recently looking more and more at Inges.
Giovanni,
A very nice and unique blue indeed. I picked up the Laureus Inge back in August. Depending on light conditions, the blue can look almost black or then again it can appear as if it is a silvery-blue. Put a dark brown Santoni on it, then hold on...it will knock your socks off.
Seriously, have your AD show you this combination and your hand will involuntarily reach for the wallet. Comes with a Laureus Foundation "big book". It's a LE 1000 pieces. Mine was in the upper 600's so not sure how much longer these will be available.

Both watches are really beautiful, and the idea mentioned, a dark brown Santoni strap together with that magic blue dial, makes it totally irresistible, I am sure. Quite curious whether fantasy is transformed into action!
Kind regards, Paul

Giovanni,
IMHO the best laurues to date. Mine arrived last November and every time it wear it I get very positive comments about what a great looking watch it is. This laureus will balance out your incredible PPCC blue dial. Good Luck.

Kevin, 100% spot on - his Mrs. Can wear the Laureus, he the PPPC 5032-03 Blued dialed and be "color coded"! Great!
The ultimate in Italian styling (with that Santoni strap)!
