Have any of the USA Collectors received their copies yet? I keep checking my mail box and nothing yet. I have been suitable teased and would love to read the article on my friend Andrew.

I've received my hard copy too and it was a pleasure to read the interview with Andrew.
It's also nice to see that the quality of the paper is even better than before. Another change I noticed is that there wasn't a personalized inlay from Mr Kern anymore.
