This photo does not do justice to the blue strap, you must see the real thing as it's really bring out the bluish of the minute hand.
Hi Fleekk,
Couldn't agree with you more on the blue strap. For those who have never seen it on the flesh or considered it as an alternative option, because it is such a deep blue, it gives just enough of a subtle change from black to allow "blued" hands to become more pronounced. It really can change the overall look in a very positive way.

Hi Giovanni,
I agreed with you that the DV appeals to me more than the BP, but on the other hand, I feel that I would be overpaying for the PP which I have difficulty using it w/o the assistance of the reading spectacle. If it is not for the complicated movement, I would have think otherwise.
I wonder does anyone has such concern?
Btw, thanks to all who have commented. The regulateur really grow on you.

Hi Fleek,
same here as for the Regulateur, I can tell you what I did only out of self-experience: I took the KK DV (this one in WG):
I have a BP, but one without a Perpetual Calendar, as in my humble opinion a BP should go without. But that is simply personal taste.
Big congrats to your Regulatuer. Wear it in good health ... aehhm, I mean your wife should wear it in good health:-))

Thanks for the advise, I'll try my 3712 on a blue strap (it's on a brown one now).
