Sure Michael - Friday lunch time looks ok for now, unless I am on the Hong Kong island side. Drop me an email closer to the date ?

Good photos, Shing. It reminds me of the Portuguese Yacht Club LE with a carbon fibre dial. The sub-dials seem to float against the rest of the dial. Thanks for posting!

That "floating" feeling is very unique to this watch.

hmmmm ... a few pics for comparison:
I feel the dashes in the Ingenieur are more rectangular compared with the Yacht Club's squares - so the carbon fibre effect is greater in the Ingenieur. Also, the 3-D effect is greater in the former as well - the letters on the dial floats higher than in the Yacht Club.

here's a side-by-side comparison...

The carbon pattern changes with every movement and lighting condition. What I like from the pic comparison is that the Inge index markers will make for an easier/better read. I tried on the YC and the Arabic markers get washed out, almost vanish, under many light situations as well as angles of the wrist.
Thanks Shing for the side by side comparison shots...

I was actually a little surprised by how legible the AMG Inge is in use. With the combination of the black dial, black markers and black hands, I was half anticipating difficulties.
But in daily use, the AMG Inge is very easy to read (assisted, I suspect, by the white [lume] inserts and the shape and size of the markers).
