Dear Friends
In my previous thread about the Laureus Portofino Chronograph, I posted a picture of a sketch I made of a Portofino...
Here is a better picture of the sketch. I drew this because I wanted to try to make up my mind about the watch...
I did make one other sketch of an IWC watch, the FA Jones...
Here was how I sketched the watch, but looking at a picture on my Samsung Galaxy Note...
But alas, this sketch didn't induce me to hunt for an FA Jones. LOL.
Here are some other sketches I did. My father's Omega pie-pan Connie...
Rolex Explorer II. I made this sketch because I was trying to decide if I should get one...
And I did, but I got the old version instead...
Freccione! I did this just for fun...
I made the following sketch because I saw a picture of a sketch of the Royal Oak in a magazine. It inspired me to pick up my pencil and sketch one as well...

thanks for sharing them here Pauline ! how often do we see watch sketches on this forum ? I know of one esteemed IWC executive who has retired.

Omar Khayyám (Persia XI-XII Century) offered that Time should not only be measured in length but also in width due to the intrinsic difference between a minute or other depending on what is happening to the beholder... I wonder how a watch would look like...
