Today (Saturday, December 1st, 2012) my Da Vinci shows Saturday, November 31, 2012. Is there a way to set only the date 1 day forward? Thanks and regards Peter

If your DaVinice is a Perpetual calendar it should not make this error. If it's not a perpetual, it's very easy to fix.
In any case, try advancing the minute hands thru a 24 hour cycle to advance one day. Do not go backward in time. I would have it check out if it misses another <31 day month, which will be in February. If advancing the time 24 hours does not adjust the date, take it to your AD for service.
