My wife surprised me for my 40th birthday with the 371702 Pilots. I am still in awe. It is my first IWC and love it. So I joined 2 clubs, The 40 year club and the IWC owners club :)

Congratulations and welcome to both clubs! 40 isn't that bad with a beautiful IWC on your wrist. Wear your beautiful watch in good health and take good care of your wife too!

My introduction to IWC was similar. Alas, beware... two years on and I'm scouring this forum contemplating my next piece. The virus they speak of - it is real. :-)
