The "Collection" tab on this site does has a description of the Siderale and lists a Concierge with a telephone number so you can ask questions and place an order.
I can't speak for IWC, but I imagine if one were to buy this watch and they can have Hannes Pantli deliver it in person, they might find a way to get any strap you want for it! :-)

I don't think you will have any issue with any strap you want for this watch. I think if you wanted a Milanese white gold mesh to go it IWC would probably say yes.
If u would be so kind as to take pictures of the entourage that came to do the delivery and post it here?

Basically, you can have any combination you wish - the road-show and presentation only shows some examples. when I say combination - i do mean metal / strap / colour / stitching colour, material / dial colour etc.
if you are serious about it, do contact IWC and they will fill you in to make your money's worth for 1 Million USD

Yes, you can have any dial and strap (within reason) on this watch; it's fully customized for each purchaser. On the strap you can skip the obvious stitching, which actually is a precious metal thread.
