It's very hard to say whether the dial is reprinted.
By the pictures posted, I'd go for saying it's original.
To reply to your last question, I don't think the dial was sent back to Fluckiger. It's quite usual to see a number engraved by hand on the back of the dial (common practice for dialers to mark the reprinted dials) I don't see any. That's a further clue, the dial wasn't re-worked by Fluckiger.
It's hard to find a replacement pie pan dial but not impossible, good luck!
