Please help. My wife and I are newbies to watch collecting but she has recently acquired a gold vintage 1960 IWC watch in very good order. However, it has "International watch company" on the dial but not "Schaffhausen". Is this normal/acceptable please?

Excellent way to end 2012, I like many others like the brown strap the best.
