Fantastic and seriously fast car. I am a Porsche guy and my brother has a amg mercedes and we track together often and I am always amazed how fast one of these big mercs can get up to speed in a straight line. I am always working hard to slingshot out of the turns to stay ahead. The torque on these cars is simply amazing. Congrats on a great ride.

Thank you all. And yes, I acquired a Big Ingenieur Chrono AMG not long ago. I had actually ordered the car in September; and when I heard about the Ing (here, of course), I figured I needed it to go with the car.
And I have to admit that this is my second CLS63. I traded in my 2008 on this one.

Great choice.
LOL! The problem when you buy a cheaper IWC is that you have to get the car separate... LOL! ... And mine comes with the steering wheel on the other side too...
Thank you, Jeronimo. I'd be afraid to have the steering wheel on the other side. I'd get too confused. Whenever I've visited the UK I've managed to avoid having to drive myself.

John, I've said since I had my first CLS63 that I'm lucky I couldn't have afforded it when I was younger. I would have gotten myself in too much trouble.
These big Mercs aren't as nimble or crisp handling as the Alfas I used to drive, and they can be a bit of a handful in tight corners. But for a long drive on an open road with more sweeping turns, they're a dream. A little better suited to my age.
I'd be at risk of wrecking the car because I'd always be staring at the clock. :-)

Beautiful car and clock ! Will there be a CLS simulator at SIHH this year ? I'm sure there will be no shortage of high octane drinks.

The new body-shape is incredible. Goes so well with your IWC BIC AMG Edition.

Too bad the clock doesn't pop out and you can strap it on your wrist, LOL!!!!!!!
