Vishal, Magnetic, hummm! You could not have chosen a less appropriate qualifier for your relationship with the VC Ingenieur. :-) I only hope that the magnetic field generated by the spell is not too strong, or the watches will become very inaccurate, or stop altogether. :-) Had you chosen any other qualifier, I would not have participated in this thread, since I believe I said all that needs to be said about Ingenieurs that are not amagnetic. To end on a positive note I must admit that, esthetically, they are arguably the best looking Ingenieurs ever. Excellent pictures, BTW. Safe landings.

Both the Plat and the Italian Job are my two favourites. Your collection is impressive and no doubt in my mind that of the VC collection the Ingies were my favourites. However the steel black dialled VCs never appealed so never went for any of them. Maybe one day an Ingie.....

whichwatch Wrote:They're beautiful, Vishal. Your pictures of them always make my mouth water. But it seems you are missing the Laureus and the Tribute to Italy? Or is it the ardoise and Italy? Or original black? I am soooo confused!
The versions here are the Laureus, Rose gold, white gold - ardoise dial & the platinum. The version missing are the steel-black dial, Tribute to Italy,Steel-brown dial and the two recently launched BTQ edition with brown & ardoise dials (both with gold case).
The last picture is that of Hongkong boutique edition. The dial is ardoise and case has a beautiful champagne gold finish.

Absolutely a wonderful collection of VC-Ing's. Looks like they came from the same litter. Hard to pick which one is best....I love them all !
