three perpetuals - very nice choice problem there.
the ref 3750 - platinum, or the yellow gold with ceramic bezel - these two constantly torment me !

If I must be honest, my favorite is the ref 3758 Da Vinci (the first one). I just love the gold dust on the moonphase dial, and the watch has a story... I searched for a long time to find a new one. I had a 3750 which a friend of mine took over - thinking I will easily find the larger 3758 version. It was not the case, and it took me a good 5 years. Then - for some reason - the whole mechanism got messed up after a visit to the local IWC agents, and it had to make the journey to Schaffhausen 3 times for intensive care. Eventually - to get it 100% perfect, with each of the hands perfectly aligned to the dial (not even a fraction out) as I demanded - the whole mechanism and dial were replaced by IWC directly (free of charge) by the master perpetual watchmaker of IWC (so I am told).
For me, the round Da Vinci in 41,5mm is just one of the most elegant watches ever produced.

Whichever you wear - it will be a pleasure each time you look at your wrist.

It's not a perpetual but throw in a B Uhr.

All the best,
