Hellow, Pleace help me with identification of this watch. This watch Belonged to my great grandmother, we dont have the original case, and nobody in our family know details about it. There is a number on it - 583, and a little stamp below. There is another little stamp on the side of the watch that I cant understand. Maybe someone can tell me anything about this watch?

No need to upload the images to Photobucket or another site, I've posted the corrected links below.
I haven't been able to identify the model. You might want to get a watchmaker to open up the back of the watch and record the markings on the movement and the inner case back. The movement and case numbers will give an indication of when the watch was manufactured.

PS I suspect the bracelet is an aftermarket item and not by IWC.
