I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything, but I was wondering if any fellow AT2000 owners have tried the blue rubber strap from the blue Aquatimer chronograph on their white or black/yellow dialed AT2000s and have photos of the setup?
As you can see from the photos below of both my AT2000s, I already have the primary IWC factory strap options (rubber strap, bracelet, velcro hook and loop), so all there is left to try is either the blue rubber strap or the updated all brushed finish bracelet. I'll probably end up dropping by the IWC Boutique local to me at South Coast to see if they have a blue strap I can try on my AT2000s if no one has photos, but thought I'd try the forum first to see if the combination is even worth considering.
I have to say, after a little over two years of ownership of both my AT2000s, I do like the AT2000 quick change mechanism as it's easy to use and the factory options look fantastic, but I really wish IWC offered more strap options; I really like changing straps on my other watches as it tends to keep the watch "fresh" with a new look. One of my JLCs also uses a quick-change setup, but JLC's version allows the use of both factory and custom straps, which makes it very versatile and the combinations limitless. I know I can modify my IWC hook and loop velcro to accomodate custom straps and I've seen people do this but I'm hesitant as it still doesn't look quite right to my eyes.
In any event, thanks in advance for any help! Here are two quick shots of my AT2000 pair with the various factory strap options:

SoCalJD,
Hoping someone has a blue rubber shot on the White dial. I too am anxious to see how it might look. Can't agree more that IWC should offer more color strap options for the AT's. I have always thought a shade of grey would make a nice pairing for the white dial and a yellow strap for the black dial. Perhaps others can chime in and offer some new color suggestions for the AT's. Never know if IWC might read this and consider production.
I have not been able to visit South Coast yet due to a full schedule of family commitments but hopefully in the next couple of weeks. Spoke to them by phone a few times and am looking forward to the visit. My understanding is that there are plans to have a more formal " Grand Opening " toward the end of the month.
Anyway, if you get there soon and have an opportunity to get some pic's of a blue strap on white dial, I know Forum members would appreciate them.
Best,
Andy
BTW, I've seen the all brushed bracelet on the AT2000.....SO NICE !!!

Hi Andy,
Shortly after I posted, I saw a sales post on another forum of someone who is selling the blue rubber strap in an XL size and he posted a photo of it next to his black/yellow AT2000 and the colors kind of clashed; it might work better on the white dial but now I'm not so sure. Your idea of the grey and yellow strap sounds pretty good to me! Maybe IWC will hear our pleas? :)
If I can carve out some time, I'll drop by the boutique at South Coast as well as the Tourneau to see if they have a blue strap I can try. The Tourneau is where I purchased the IWC hook and loop velcro and I was surprised at the amount of factory straps the South Coast location has in stock for many of the brands as I've also purchased a few of my factory JLC straps from there as well.
I've only been able to have a fairly brisk walkthrough at the South Coast boutique as the times I've been there I had my wife and kids in tow for holiday shopping so I wasn't able to break away, haha. I really like the location: it's right alongside the VC and JLC boutiques and across from the Rolex and Omega stores.
Best Regards, Jerry

I went with the blue strap on my black / yellow AT2000 -
I also have the bracelet and wear the strap when going to the beach to as not to get sand in the bracelet. I went with the blue a) because it is a little different and b) because I like how it works with the yellow accents on the watch.
Would be interesting to see how it goes with the white faced variant.
Cheers,
Ben

Ben,
Thanks so much for posting your photo! On the other forum where I saw the blue AT2000 strap for sale, the seller used a flash for his photos and it made the blue look very bright, but your shot in the natural light looks much nicer and makes a sporty combination with the black/yellow. In fact, the dial almost looks blue too!
Thank you again for sharing this combination, I appreciate it.
I called the South Coast Plaza boutique about an hour ago and they told me they do have the blue AT2000 strap in stock so I'm going to try and check it out in person sometime soon. I'm a bit surprised that the rubber strap is less expensive than my hook and loop velcro, but I'm guessing because the velcro comes with the stainless steel endlinks, the price differential is because of those two pieces.

Quick update: I made some time in the morning earlier today and dropped by the South Coast Plaza IWC Boutique and ended up purchasing the Aquatimer blue rubber strap:
Michael, the store manager, was great to chat with and brought this out for me to try on:
Now I can't stop thinking about it! Really gorgeous BP; just love the red accents.

Andy, if you happen to read this, I'll get some photos posted of my new blue rubber strap on my white-dialed Aquatimer later tonight when I have my camera so I can get better shots of the combination. In person, it's a very muted blue, not bright at all so it actually works well with the white-dial.

SOCALJD aka Jerry,
Great ! Can't wait to see that blue on white. I too would like to have another color option for my white dial. (IWC, more colors please! )
Jerry, I spoke with Mike (mgr.) a couple of times on phone. Seems like a nice chap. Looking forward to meeting in person and touring my new "vacation home".
Regarding the blue on black dial pic by Bendy, the light reflects the blue from strap on the dial and it looks very very nice. A dark blue dial in real life for the AT I think would be well received and paired with the blue strap...a natural.
Blue dial fans....what do you think...a winner?
Thanks again Jerry for the report and upcoming shots. Heading Northbound 405 from Laguna in a few. Maybe my TL Navi will take over full control and guide me to Bristol off ramp. HELP...I've been carjacked !!
