Having the forum link at the top level of the menu was convenient but I can understand the constraints IWC has in this regard. There is only so much space in the menu bar and many competing resources to link. I recently went through something similar when redesigning my site and decided to remove a page from the site because it "didn't fit" in the menu. As for newcomers, my guess is those who are very interested in the brand will naturally click through all of the menu options while exploring the site and find the forum without much difficulty.

Any change seems awkward, I'm sure within two weeks everybody is accustomed to this and there isn't any issue anymore. Remember the changes to this forum some years ago, and all the comments then? It will be the same with this menu structure. "Experiences" may be a bit confusing a name, but that will be OK in the end.
Kind regards, Paul
