My dad recently bought a Yacht Club 3902 and was wondering if IWC makes a shorter rubber band? I have a Portugese Auto 5001 and was wondering if leather band from it would fit on his Yacht Club (I believe it is 22mm). Ive looked on the IWC workbook and I cannot find any information about options/band sizes for the Yacht Club. I can't find anything information online so I figured I'd ask the forums. Any help would be great!
A short strap for the Yacht Club is readily available. I recently ordered one and the boutique received it in about 10 days.
The 3902 has 22mm lugs and can be fitted with other straps. While they aren't fitted to the case like the standard strap, they can look very nice. Here's an old thread in which Shing posted several photos showing side-by-side on rubber and gator. http://www.iwc.com/forum/en/discussion/31229/
