Was there today for an appointment - and then, just sitting in the waiting area - not thinking anything special - I see this:
Finally, I was suspicious so started looking around at the hospital and it turns out they have those all over the place! How cool is that? Maybe a marketing gig by IWC??
My impression of Dubai just went up a few notches...

Omar Khayyám (Persia XI-XII Century) offered that Time should not only be measured in length but also in width due to the intrinsic difference between a minute or other depending on what is happening to the beholder... I wonder how a watch would look like...

Well spotted - it says "IWC for Mediclinic" - the management company of Dubai City Hospital!
