After learning that Santoni didn't make the antiqued brown strap in a size to fit my Portofino Chrono, I decided to have one custom made. After nearly 12 weeks, my new strap arrived yesterday. Pics below. Couldn't be happier with the way it turned out

Looks good. Whilst on the subject of Santoni straps, can those who are attending Geneva next week ask if IWC are considering extending the sizes of Santoni straps from the current 22/18mm for deployant and pin and 3 sizes of each. The flagship boutique carries black, dark brown and brown and yet the UK workbook carries no black references. Last year Alan asked if they were intending to extend the range and the answer was no, but if we ask again then maybe they will become whether this year or next or whenever A) Standard on other watches requiring 22/18mm straps such as Portuguese PPC or Autos and any others. B) Other sizes opens up the chance for Santoni straps on other watches.
Just a wish and no I am not thinking of any strap material other than croc nor in every colour of the rainbow. It's the shading which visually appeals and the quality really is there both for the wrist and the eye.
Kind regards,
Clemens
