Formula One racing is the theme, and visitors are treated Ito entering a super-modern garage. These photos were taken on Sunday, before SIHH opened and show the staff getting things ready.

The actual Mercedes 300 SLR driven in the 1955 Mille Miglia by Juan Fangio of Argentina to 2nd place, behind Stirling Moss. It was based on a Formula One design:
Another view. The back shade was done for aerodynamic reasons: Displayed near it is the new IWC limited edition Silberpfiel watch, an homage to the classic Silver Arrow cars from the late 1930s to the mid 50s.

Looks spectacular indeed! What a cool booth and IWC has done it again this year. I wonder if Lewis Hamilton will make a surprise appearance. Now that would be something...
