The movement appears similar to an IWC calibre 65-66, 73-74 but there is no obvious IWC marking. Other markings on the case include an acorn hallmark, '9K' and case serial number 473112
I took a look, and it's not by IWC. Although the movement looks similar as a "finger bridge", other manufacturers used such a design, and this one woasn't made by IWC. The case and dial differ as well.
