Jaeger first used IWC's perpetual calendar module in 1988 on their Odysseus QP automatic(pictured) and have been using and modifing the module ever since. Notably JLC have never used the quick-date change from the crown like IWC but always have a push-piece at 7 to advance the date. They also always have an indicator on the dial to warn if the movement is in the 'danger zone' i.e. the particular time of day where using the quicck-date change would damage the movement. The variations of the perpetual module are perfectly compatible with Ultra Thin IWC's (or JLC's) with module heights ranging from a maximum of only 2mm on the calibre 32060 in the Novocento down to 0.9mm on the calibre 79061 in the DaVinci. Seems like a compliment. I still thinking it's the most intelligent module!
