Thanks Clepsydra, hello to the whole group. I thank you for this information and a lot of things you said to me respect the family history. My grandfather was born in 1908 and in 1970 was 62 years old. But I know who is retired, worked in a sugar refinery, between '60 and '70. So he bought this watch with a part of the payment of their pensions.
I wanted to ask if it is a clock correctly built because the mechanics turns out to be much older than the clock. They are 24 years difference!
Does anyone know what the market value might have a watch like this with the chain?

I believe the PW is correct. The 24 year difference beteewn the date of the movement of the case, although high, is not unusual. I prefer not to comment to the value of watches and/or chains in the forum.
