I have a 14K Gold IWC Schaffhausen pocket watch and would like to know more about it and possibly estimation value when it was released and the value now days.

I think you found one of the numbers. It is important, however, that we know if it was on the movement (the "heart" of the watch with the timekeeping mechanism) or the case.
We would also need the other number, depending on which one you gave.
Also, any pictures of the movement would be greatly helpful.

Open up the back (carefully, or have a watchmaker open it) to find the numbers.
