Hy everybody!
Though I don't write too much in this impressing forum, I always enjoy reading through the interesting articles or admiring timepieces from IWC-collectors from all over the world.
Since a while, I was looking for a IWC for daily use, because at the moment I own the RG Portuguese 7 Days and a Portofino from the 90's. So I thought about the Mark XVI /XVII, the pilot chronos 3717/3777 and about the different UTC models.
In the end, I decided for the Spitfire UTC Ref. 3251, because of its 3-dimensional dial and the second timezone complication which makes the dial balanced very well.

Congratulations, that's a great and very comfortable watch. I have the older version, where the UTC display is on the upper half of the watch:
The bracelet looks great, maybe I should start searching for one too! For now, I have a black croco, brown buffalo and original tan croco strap for this watch :-)

Congratulations, Philippe, an excellent choice, great watch on a perfect bracelet. I love mine as well and you are right, the 3-D dial gives that extra kick. Not to mention the legibility at night...

Enjoy your new beauty and wear it in good health.
Kind regards,

Clemens, yours would have almost been my first IWC. I went for the Spitfire Doppel then, but still like the design of yours...

nicely done. big congratulations and enjoy it. I am eyeing for a 325105 UTC (black dial) myself. I find the 24-hour date wheel to be the best travel companion there is.
