Did you notice in the Collection option ( black bar area ) that the "Comments" section at the bottom of the reference details page has now been deleted?
IMO it was a good cleanup as the comments were becoming somewhat off the intent and more of sometimes a " Complaint Dept. " that IWC needed to reply to or it would seem as though there was no after sale support.

Less is more in this case...Good decision
