This is my 2nd IWC (Peerless)Pocket Watch, a Borgel .925 silver case, the dial is in almost perfect condition.

Does it have an enamel dial?

Yes it looks like it has an enamel dial, not 100% certain but it is pretty shiny

Back then, they virtually all had enamel dials.

I realized that later. Guess I'm still rusty. ;-)

But the word "virtually" makes me curious. Did IWC produce any PW that did not have an enamel dial in those days?

There were some that were guilloche. Also some other companies had various forms of metal dials, although enamel was prevalent in this era in higher grade watches.
