Its great when so many help secure a grail model! I am green with envy after seeing Andrew's last year. It is a great looking model. If you like that strap which to my mind is totally beneficial to the watch I suggest ordering a couple of extras as the VC Ingies normally come with croc straps of whatever shade, or alternatively a Santoni. Enjoy and as I said before I am green with envy!

That was exactly what came to my mind, as this strap is as unique as the watch itself and I worried what will happen, when it passes out one day ? Never been to this before, so I just don't know. I can only hope, that IWC can provide some spares for the kind of a company it surely is. The question is, should I order them in advance ? Or wait ? And if, how many ?

Congratulations on this absolutely fabulous acquisition ! Even though everyone knows my affinity towards VC Ingenieur you have surprised me and I am really happy to know that unknowingly somehow I could contributed towards you making this decision.
