Mark,
You recognized a need and obviously had a well thoughout agenda that showed value to both IWC and the members of the Forum.
Congratulations on your ability to take forward something that you felt strong about and present it in a fashion that provided opportunity for improvement.
Kudo's Mark on behalf of all Forum members and to IWC management for their recognition of the power/value of Collectors and their role in helping create the level of success the company strives for.
Omar Khayyám (Persia XI-XII Century) offered that Time should not only be measured in length but also in width due to the intrinsic difference between a minute or other depending on what is happening to the beholder... I wonder how a watch would look like...

Who else could have achieve this if not a man his own wing in the IWC museum ? ;o) Keep the good news spreading, may be one day I could use this service as well.

I think this is a very good step. It will we quite time-consuming to give a COA on old watches.
Is the fee fixed for any watch, or when I send a Jones watch what will be the answer ?
Maybe there are watches where it is not possible to hand out a COA. I am even astonished as there is a COA on the Elgin I without a serial number of the movement.
But anyway, many thanks for this great Service

There is no time in the now it's time for a watch.
