I thought Arne was in London for other reasons and then adding the Harrods LE as a necessary bonus! And we took him to a cheap French bistro just to the back of Harrods with its delicious and famous food halls and it's various eating places close to the Watch Room. Oh well! No wonder Arne commented about the choice! I have to add the gtg was a bit frantic as Arne had to rush back to the airport and Ralph had an early evening appointment and Thang was working....all day! Honestly! LOL. Yours truly likes ceramic models but their scratch resistance is welcome but the fracture fallibility on earlier models is worrying, even though my bathrooms are carpeted! My choice was close between the Green and then the Blue and the Red was way down the list as its colour was not my choice.

Well done, Thang. An excellent report.
As always, it was privilege to meet up with fellow collectors, particularly Arne, who flew in from Hamburg with two stunning Big Pilots to join Thang's rare Japan BP.
The Harrods Ceramic Pilots were fun too. A thank you to the Boutique staff who made us feel so welcome.

Let's get this into perspective. Arne's little tourist jaunt was before the gtg @ Harrods at 11.30 followed by lunch followed by a journey to the airport for a flight shortly after 15.00. Arne it was nice meeting you, however it was ever so brief!
Sorry I couldn't make it, but work commitments get in the way from time to time !

Kind regards,

These GTGs are simply great!
The table shot is quite impressive for a small GTG. Lots of nice watches there!
