Dear All,
I have one IWC watches from my family. I need help with the correct type, originality etc. In watches is calibre No.83 (produced between years 1935-1947). But I can not find any symbol of IWC on the watches (within IWC on the dial). What about crown, is correct?

this watch has an original IWC calibre 83 movement I believe. I'm not sure if the case, dial, hands and crown are original though. The experts in this forum may comment further.

Thank you for your feedback. The case has only mark"585"(14kt) on the foot (it is only mark not original punch)...I hope that the case is original too, but I'm not sure...

Sorry, why should we discuss the hands and the crown of that watch, when the dial is not original, the adaptation ring is glued into the case. The not shown inside of the back cover would tell more.
The watch seems to be an assembly of various pieces around a IWC movement. It does not make sense to discuss the about the correct combination of those pieces. The watch does simply not become an IWC.
Sorry again for the "clear" statement.

There is no time in the now it's time for a watch.

Thanks for your comment. Inside of back cover is clear (without any marking). Only one marking is No.: 585 on the leg of case. Reason: only movemnt cal.83 is original rest of the things are not IWC directly.
