IWC Schaffhausen

Just found my Grandmother's Vintage IWC Watch. Can you help me identify it??

It is gold and I suspect made before 1920.
The number on the movement is 881127
The number on the flip open back case is 918515

I would love to post photos but can't seem to find a way to do it. If you can advise me how to do this I would be grateful.

Photobucket is the way to go. Their interface has changed a bit from this, but the methodology is the same.

The movement is a calibre 84, which is a small one made for ladies' watches, and made in 1928.

Thanks so much for telling me the year it was made. I have my Mother's watch also which is a brand called Tulius. It was give to her in Hungary in the mid 1930's. I have not found anything on the web about the brand.

Might anyone suggest a way I can research about it also??
