Got steered over here form the guys over at IWC, hoping you guys could help out as I am a little lost for more details.
As the title suggests, can anyone help with more details on the pictured IWC from the 50's
There are no markings on the case back and crown is unsigned, would like to know more about this, arrived on a Black alligator strap and have quickly switched it to this Blue Alligator, think it goes better.
Thanks in advance to any further details anyone can give !!!

Welcome to the forum.
According to DateYourIWC the case was most probably procuced and delivered around 1949, and the movement is a cal 88, dating from 1952.
The above is obviously not correct since the case could not have been sold without the movement. I would say your watch dates from circa 1952, although the case may have been produced in 1949.
The dial is like new, without the patina of age. It may have been restored.
