MINI-DRAWING: What Watch Will You Wear on New Year's Eve?
The other watch I might wear is my Vacheron. It's more low key than the Cartier and I only take it out of the safe when I put on a tuxedo or tails. All depends how playful I feel tomorrow night.

The only watch I can wear right now is 5001
Because I have put the other new straps on the watches that are not in the vault out on an internet auction to collect money to the victims of the earthquake in Thailand and surrounding countries...but then again I still feel lucky to be able to wear a 5001.. Maybe this is off topic but I would still urge you to send money to the Red Cross to help ...this is one of the worst disasters in modern time...after all we here on the forum have the luxury of discussing and choosing between watches...not everybody have Have a great new year! I will wear my BP,
I just got a new John Varvatos dress shirt - all his shirts have a bit of a military style and the cuffs always have lots of room for large watches. I also just like to see the big second hand, by midnight it can be hard to see little hands through my beer goggles.
I would like to wish everyone a wonderfull new year,especially those affected by the tsunami disaster, my heart goes out to you, and I hope for all the best in 2005.

A.D. 2005 begins with my...>
Portugese 5001! I'll countdown into the new year, with this delightful creation from IWC/Schaffhausen, because 1.) I love it, 2.) It speaks of all IWC's history and all IWC's promise...Like 24 h PW dials, with great in-house calibres that brings the past and best of today, together.
I'm still thinking of exactly how to articulate the delights and mystery of my black dial beauty. It's very subtle.}
Lastly, what a GREAT contest....I mean 24 h notation and dd/mm/yyyy notation. Other then winnning, what could be better? My thanks, to the Moderator ;-)

Hello Mikael, very well said.
Yesterday I donated 100 USD and it is only 1% of my newest watch.
