As the host of IWC’s mini-series “Creator’s Time”, thought leader and social audio strategist Abraxas Higgins takes over our podcast on Clubhouse and becomes the new face of the platform’s app icon.

Abraxas loves to have conversations with bright minds. His sessions usually resemble a casual chat with good friends rather than a deep philosophical excursion about the meaning of life. A banker-turned-impact-influencer with over 460,000 followers on Clubhouse, the London native knows what it feels like to question one’s own path and purpose. Now the host of IWC’s mini-series “Creator’s Time” becomes the new face of the Clubhouse app icon for the month of January.

“The element that feels out of this world is not only that I am the first person from the UK to be picked for Icon, but I’m the world’s first Social Audio Influencer. To be the world’s first anything is something people dream of, and to think that I have created a path for myself that has never existed before is an indescribable feeling. You really can achieve anything you want, you just have to jump,” Abraxas says.

Through its app icon, the social audio platform turns the spotlight to everyday people, creators and changemakers who have been active building or moderating rooms on the app while giving listeners the opportunity to engage and ask questions. He leads ‘Creator’s Time’ discussions on Clubhouse during a short end-of-year break of IWC’s regular podcast “Partners in Time”.

“These sessions are what 17-year-old me needed to hear. There are so many routes to success but ultimately, we have to define them for ourselves. The one thing I have learned through interviewing these people is that it takes a lot of courage to set your own path. The routes they have taken to find success look different, but the end result is the same. Happiness!” Abraxas says with a bright smile on his face.
