To ensure that your IWC watch continues to meet our exacting standards even after many years of use, we recommend regular maintenance by one of our authorized service centers or by our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
IWC service centers offer two types of services. Depending on how the watches is used, as well as under which conditions, the intervals between individual services may vary considerably.
We recommend a complete service to be carried out approximately every five years.
A maintenance service should to be carried out approximately every two years.
