HR Business Partner
In the summer of 2017, my current manager approached me and asked whether I could imagine becoming a part of his team and make the move from Geneva (Richemont) to Schaffhausen (IWC).
My son, my partner, and I moved to Schaffhausen at the beginning of 2018. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Out of all of the towns that I have lived in up until now, Schaffhausen is my favorite. The short distances within Schaffhausen, the ideal public transportation infrastructure (I am at work within 10 minutes) and the many different shopping opportunities, which include the proximity Konstanz and Zürich, as well as the great school system, have contributed to this.
However, my favorite experiences so far were made this summer with all of the different activities on the Rhein: a quick dip in the Rhein during my lunch break (the Rhy-Badi public swimming pool is located right next to the IWC offices) or floating down the river in inflatable rafts on the weekend with a cozy picnic on the banks.
I have found a great team here in Schaffhausen, with whom I enjoy working with very much. This makes me excited to come to the office every day.
