OUR APPLICATION PROCESS
APPLICATION
• Job Search and Profile Match
For each vacancy, we first set a detailed candidate profile and formulate an advertisement with realistic requirements. If your qualifications and resume match our profile then you should apply to us.
• Submitting the Application
We only accept applications with a resume and letter of motivation electronically through our jobs portal. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications received by mail and they will be destroyed immediately.
• Screening
Our Recruiting Partner and the relevant department check your documents and compare your resume with the job profile. The closer you match the profile, the more likely you will be invited to the interview process.
INTERVIEW
• Telephone Interview
The first step is a telephone interview. During a 30-minute telephone conversation, we get to know each other better, check your current professional situation and talk about topics such as motivation, qualifications, and availability.
• First Interview/Trial Day
After the telephone interview, we would like to invite you to a one-to-one meeting. During this, we test your specialist skills. For technical positions, we may have already carried out an initial trial day.
• Second Interview/Trial Day
After a successful first interview, we will invite you for a second day. This will include a discussion with management-level colleagues and an introduction to the team. If no trial day has been carried out in the first round, this can be done in the second round, depending on the position.
OFFER
If we decide to offer you the position after two successful interview days, you will receive a binding, written offer with all employment conditions.
• Pre-Employment Screening
With all candidates, we conduct a pre-employment screening during the final selection, where we check references and other documents. These reviews are carried out by Richemont or an associate and comply with all legal provisions.
• Contract and Appointment
After successfully completing the pre-employment screening, we will provide you with the employment contract.
FAQs & Tips
What documents do I have to submit for my application?
So that we can examine your application thoroughly we need a complete application dossier including resume/CV, letter of motivation, employer references and diploma or degree certificate.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
The confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder. You may have also mistyped your email address when you entered it.
How long will it be before I receive a response?
Normally we will contact you about two weeks after receiving your application documents, either by phone or email. Sometimes it may take a little longer due to vacations, updates to the job profile or a particularly high number of applications.
Can I still apply for another job if my application is rejected?
Of course! Just because you weren’t suitable for one job doesn’t mean that there aren’t other opportunities for you at IWC. We recommend that you set up a job alert. You will then be informed when new positions are advertised.
Can I apply for a job if the listing is no longer online?
If our listing is no longer online, we have already been able to fill the vacancy and are no longer accepting applications.
What happens with my personal data and documents?
Your data and documents are used by us solely for the application process. After three years all information is automatically erased. You can also erase your data yourself by logging in to the job portal.
