Community Update: Diamond Hand Club Closure

First and foremost, we want to extend our sincere gratitude for your engagement and support throughout the Diamond Hand Club journey.

As IWC continues to evolve its digital ecosystem, we are preparing for the next chapter of our customer experience. This includes bringing our digital services into a more unified, streamlined, and cohesive loyalty strategy. In this context, we will begin a gradual ramp-down of the Diamond Hand Club program ahead of its closure. Below, you’ll find key information about the timeline, the upcoming changes, and how you can continue to manage your digital assets with full confidence.

Program Timeline & Key Dates

The Diamond Hand Club will enter its formal ramp-down on 30th April 2026. After such date, IWC will cease any token distribution, but users will still have access to the IWC NFT website and the IWC Wallet app.

The entire Diamond Hand Club program (the Program), together with the IWC Wallet and corresponding website, will be fully closed and decommissioned on 30th April 2027.

It is crucial to complete any necessary transfers of your digital assets before 30th April 2027. After this date, access to the IWC Wallet and its functionalities will no longer be available, and you may lose access to your NFTs if they have not been transferred. We strongly advise you to act well in advance of this deadline.

Access Windows

In alignment with established market practice, users will continue to have access to their digital assets for a clearly defined transitional period after the start of the Program’s ramp-down (i.e. 12 months in the present case). At the end of this transitional period on 30th April 2027, the IWC Wallet and website will be finally and irrevocably decommissioned.

This approach ensures transparency, continuity, and full customer control throughout the entire transition.

Registering Your “My IWC Passport” (Watch Digital Identity)

Your watch’s digital identity will remain fully supported moving forward through the My IWC Passport ecosystem, which continues to operate independently of the Diamond Hand Club.

To claim your digital passport:

Once registered, your My IWC Passport will continue to serve as your digital hub for authenticity, ownership, and service information.

Note that the My IWC Passport does not store, replace, or convert any NFTs or other tokens.

Moving Your NFTs and Other Tokens to External Wallets

All remaining Diamond Hand Club tokens in your wallet – such as community or collectible NFTs – can be transferred to external blockchain wallets of your choice. These assets will not be migrated to the My IWC Passport and will remain fully owned by you once transferred.

To transfer your assets:

  • Open your IWC Wallet app
  • Select the asset
  • Click “Transfer”
  • Click “Transfer to any address”
  • Enter your external wallet address

Please note:

  • Only use wallets that support the POA network
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Incorrect addresses will result in permanent loss
  • Each asset must be transferred individually.

Data Privacy

Please note that all personal data associated with the Diamond Hand Club program will be handled in strict accordance with IWC’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Upon full closure, data no longer required will be securely deleted.
