IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN’S NEW PART EXCHANGE SERVICE IS NOW AVAILABLE THROUGH SELECTED BOUTIQUES.

FOR YOUR NEW IWC TIMEPIECE, YOU CAN NOW TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR PART EXCHANGE SERVICE.

 

Simply bring the luxury watch you would like to trade-in to our selected boutiques where our team will provide an on the spot valuation, guide you through the exchange process and helps you select your new IWC watch.

 

 

HOW DOES THE IWC WATCH TRADE-IN SERVICE WORK?

 

To facilitate the process, it would be helpful if you could bring the original watch box, as well as the original documents and product documentation of your watch to the IWC boutique.

 

Once you approve the valuation, we will arrange the condition and authenticity check of each watch to be appraised upon which we will confirm the final purchase price. The agreed trade-in value can then be put towards your new IWC watch which you can select directly in the boutique or at a later stage.

 

To ensure that the valuation is a smooth process we advise the following in preparation for the watch trade-in service offered in our selected boutiques.

1. Preferably bring the original box the watch was sold in.

2. Bring the original papers and related watch documentation, including date of purchase.

3. Provide any information about the watch service history.

The valuation and authentication process can take up to 48 hours.

IWC Schaffhausen reserves the right to reject specific watches based on, in particular, their condition and value.
