FOR YOUR NEW IWC TIMEPIECE, YOU CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR PART EXCHANGE SERVICE

Simply bring the luxury watch you would like to trade in to our selected boutiques. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and help you select your new IWC Schaffhausen watch.

HOW DOES THE IWC WATCH TRADE-IN SERVICE WORK?

Watchfinder will provide an estimate based on the perceived value of your pre-owned timepiece, taking into account its condition and demand. You will be notified of this estimate by our sales associates, who will also provide additional information on the part exchange process.

If you accept the estimate, your watch will be shipped to Watchfinder for a detailed inspection. They will then present a final offer on your part exchange, and the balance will be applied towards your next purchase.

To facilitate the valuation process, we advise the following in preparation for the watch trade-in service offered in our selected boutiques:

1. Preferably bring the original box the watch was sold in.

2. Bring the original papers and related watch documentation including date of purchase.
