Four double rooms and two suites are accessed via the central courtyard, feature chalk-white walls, limestone floors and shuttered French doors opening onto secluded outdoor areas. Furnishings are simple, elegant and rustic. At the helm of the Moroseta kitchen, is resident chef and culinary icon, Giorgia Eugenia Goggi. Giorgia’s food is beautiful and delicious, her ethos is seasonal, locally produced or homegrown and healthy spontaneous cuisine. Each meal is an event, and every dish as fresh and delicious as the next.
