Thephasesofthemoon.

- Sizes 37, 40
Since 1984, the changing phases of the moon have regularly graced the dial of the Portofino. Automatic watches featuring this complication are available in various case sizes, material executions, and with or without diamond-set bezels.

32000 calibre family
The IWC-manufactured 32000 calibre family consists of robust, precise and versatile automatic movements. The escape wheel and the pallet fork are made of silicon. The use of this wear-resistant material also increases resistance to magnetism. A bidirectional pawl winding system builds up a power reserve of at least 72 hours. The balance oscillates at a frequency of 4 hertz (28'800 vibrations per hour).
